Washington Dollar Days at Tudor Place Historic House & Garden opens six days a week to give DC residents a chance to visit the only place in D.C. with historical significance to George and Martha Washington. View the Washington Collection as part of a house tour, or head to the Parlor to see the folding camp stool Washington used when fighting in the war.

Other notable pieces of this collection include cut crystal and Sévres china used in the first presidential house, all set together on a table for an imagined dinner for the first president. Come learn the rich facets of history that grace this historical location, such as the close relationship between between the Peters of Tudor Place, or Mrs. Peter’s grandparents of Mt. Vernon.
