Savor Authentic Italian Fare at Newly Opened San Lorenzo

italian food

Chef Massimo Fabbri grew up in Monsummano Terme, a town in Tuscany. It was here that he learned how to craft authentic Italian cuisine growing up. As an adult, his skills have grown to the professional level. A little more than a month ago, Chef Massimo brought his talents to the public when he opened San Lorenzo in Shaw.

He and his kitchen team craft upscale Italian cuisine while the mixologists behind the bar whip up artisan cocktails. Order a classic Negroni with Beefeater Gin, Gran Classico, and Cocchi di Torino to sip on while you look over the menu. Start with a few antipasti plates, like the burrata with heirloom tomatoes and the calamari with shaved brussels sprouts and bell pepper puree. Then devour a larger plate of pasta or an entree, such as the roasted Tuscan-style pork ribs or the three-pound T-bone steak, which is designed to share among two or three people.
