Hone Your Kitchen Skills at BLT Steak DC’s Summer Cooking Series

Calling all foodies! The new Summer Cooking Series by BLT Steak DC and Chef Michael Bonk are events you must get on your calendar ASAP. The series brags themed-events each month through September, running one Saturday each month from noon to 3 p.m. to showcase skills and taste great cuisine. 

The next event is on July 13 and will cover all things barbecue with a BBQ Bonanza theme. From grilled peaches to smoked American wagyu brisket, the chef for the day will lead the group through a custom demonstration explaining step-by-step how to create grilled masterpieces that will wow your guests at your next ‘cue. After the demonstration, you’ll enjoy a three-course meal with perfect pairings so you can try the masterpieces for yourself.  With the same setup as July, the next event is on Aug. 3 and is extra special because the theme is BLT Steak’s Greatest Hits, so you’ll be learning from the experts just how to cook a brag-worthy 28-day dry aged steak, tuna tartare, steak popovers and more.
