Memorial Day pays homage to those who’ve sacrificed their lives as members of the military. The National Memorial Day Concert at the West Lawn of the U.S. Capitol celebrates these patriots through the medium of music. This year, it’s slated for Sunday, May 26th, the day before the actual holiday.

Join the crowd that fills the West Lawn to be front and center for the Memorial Day event. The concert is composed of patriotic tunes and broadcast live to the entire nation. In fact, it’s one of the highest-rated programs every year on PBS.
