Check Out the Washington Harbor Ice Rink Before Winter is Over

In the winter, the Washington Harbor Ice Rink transforms from a picturesque fountain to a beautiful skating rink for recreational skating. Not only is this the largest ice skating rink in DC, it’s even larger than the rink adorning New York City’s Rockefeller Center!

Whether you’re new to skating, brushing up, or wanting to take your skating to the next level, Washington Harbor offers Learn to Skate classes for both children and adults. In addition, certain days of the week offer skating specials and themes like Two for Tuesday Skate (two-for-one admission from 4 p.m. to `6 p.m.) and Rock ‘n’ Skate Saturday Nights from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Admission to the skating rink is $10 for adults and $9 for children, seniors, and military personnel. Skate rentals are $6, and socks and gloves are $4. The rink also offers passes and group rate admission.
