BLT Prime’s interior is undoubtedly stunning. Overlooking the hotel’s atrium, the restaurant is surrounded by bright marble floors and high ceilings, creating an open and comfortable environment for diners. BLT Prime DC is one of three locations — the other restaurants are in New York City and Miami. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and brunch on weekends. Chef David Burke is known for his processes of drying meats for upwards of 30 days to achieve the perfect flavor, so you can be sure that this is one of the best steaks you’ll ever eat!
