A: No, pets are not permitted.

Q: Is my security deposit totally refundable?
A: Yes.

Q: If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
A: Yes. 30-day notice and verification are required.

Q: Are utilities included in my rent?
A: Yes, except for electricity, cable and phone.

Q: How long is the term of the lease? Do you accept short-term leases?
A: Standard term is 12 – 24 months. Short-term leases of 3 – 6 months are accepted on occasion, as well as premium.

Q: When is my rent payment due? When is it late?
A: Rent is due the 1st of each month. The 10th is the last day you can pay without a late fee.

Q: There’s someone who might be staying with me for a while. Is that permitted by the lease?
A: Yes, but only up to two weeks. Longer stays require a criminal background check for anyone 18 or older.

Q: Do you have parking?
A: Yes, at a rate of $150/mo. per space.

Q: My children live with me in the summer. Do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
A: Yes. Any children 18 or older also require a criminal background check.

Q: Do you have cable services?
A: Yes, Comcast.

Q: Will you accept my delivery packages for me?
A: Yes. They’ll be available at the front desk, 24/7.

Q: If something needs to be repaired in the apartment, how do I report it?
A: Contact the front desk or the office by phone, e-mail or in person.

Q: Do you have reserved and visitor parking?
A: No, but there’s a public garage next door.

Q: I have family coming to visit me. Do you have a guest suite they can stay in?
A: Yes, for $125/night.

Q: If I decide to upgrade to a larger apartment, are transfers allowed?
