The Smithsonian Craft Show, the nation’s most prestigious show and sale of fine American crafts, returns to the National Building Museum on April 27th through April 30th. From jewelry to ceramics to furniture, you’ll find more than 120 distinguished artists and see a variety of one-of-a-kind, limited edition works.

This year, check out the special exhibit showcasing Faith Ringgold’s nine narrative quilts, representing Ringgold’s major themes of social justice and freedom. Ringgold is the recipient of the Smithsonian Craft Show’s 2017 Visionary Award and is best known for these painted narrative quilts inspired by Buddhist tankas.

General admission for one day is $17, and you can also purchase a two day pass for $30. Your daily ticket gives you access to all exhibitions as well as special events and lectures.
